      Hotel is not too bad for the price, it is situated in a convenient location near the town. Some of the rooms in the older wings are a bit run down but the newer ones are way better, staff are polite and professional.

      I have stayed here numerous times when visiting Rotorua. The rooms are a bit dated but perfectly fine. When staying with my family from overseas we enjoyed the maori cultural evening with entertainment and traditional maori food. The breakfast buffet the next morning was pretty average though. I would be happy to stay again as the prices are affordable, but I would probably eat elsewhere.

      The rooms are clean but very basic. We stayed during a very hot weekend. There was no air conditioning in the room. One small fan was provided but there was no air flow so our stay was very uncomfortable. The bar area is lovely and the staff are very helpful.

      I was surprised with a lunch out. The restaurant has a nice, calm feel about it. The staff are lovely and chat with you. The lunch menu is lovely. I loved my experience. The bar has a good view of the lake.
