SPCA Taupo Op Shop

The lady at the counter is always so friendly and chatty! The toys are usually overpriced but sometimes there is a gem amongst them and there are kids clothing bargains to be found. I like that money from purchases goes to the SPCA.

I picked up good deal on books here for $1. Great place to pick up random items, staff here are good but the store is not always open due to no staff availability.

Great choice of good quality books compared to a lot of other op shops. staff is always friendly and helpful when I'm looking for specific things. Furniture are a bit expensive and seems to sit there for a long time. Considering it's second hand I would think it would be better to lower the prices si the items would sell faster.
