Rydges Rotorua

Went there for their buffet dinner on their Italian night. Was pretty busy. Both high chairs were in use so we had to try hold our twin toddlers. I'd suggest they purchase some more. Food was nice but was disappointed they ran out of desserts fast and we waited around for them to bring out more but they didnt replace everything that ran out.

Stay there for 2 nights on my short trip to rotorua, nice decent size room and totally under budget.

Love the big rooms, good parking etc

Stayed here June 2020 and will never go back. Wifi and TV reception was poor and only a few channels to watch on TV. TV stopped on our Last night. Rooms need upgrading, only 1 armchair which was uncomfortable and had stains on it. Balcony had moss growing on it and the carpet was stained. Hardly any crockery or cutlery and UHT milk. Heating in corridors was poor with only 1 in 4 of the heaters turned on.

Went their with my family and friends..the hotel rooms was bit dated and old but really enjoyed the food, happy time at the bar and service from helpful staff.
