Had a very good main meal of chicken. Vegetables were nicely cooked and presentation was excellent. The ice-cream chosen was beginning to melt and the vanilla had large pieces of ice in it.

This is a really good hotel to in Rotorua especially if you have kids. Great location, fantastic indoor pool and spa which is awesome if you have kids. The rooms are a good size too. They are a little tired but nothing offensive that's for sure. Highly recommend it!

Wow! its a great place to stay when you are in Rotorua. They just provide family environment so you don't feel away from home even if you are and enjoy their welcoming and quality service.

Love this place! Nice big rooms always clean and tidy. When we have had problems they have always been fixed quickly. The breakfast is so yummy and great selection. Cant wait to go back again
