Stayed here June 2020 and will never go back. Wifi and TV reception was poor and only a few channels to watch on TV. TV stopped on our Last night. Rooms need upgrading, only 1 armchair which was uncomfortable and had stains on it. Balcony had moss growing on it and the carpet was stained. Hardly any crockery or cutlery and UHT milk. Heating in corridors was poor with only 1 in 4 of the heaters turned on.

stayed here for a weekend getaway, not bad. Room is big, food is ok, although room service can be faster tho, took 1hr to get food sent to the room.

Good for people with children. The building is a little dated, but the prices were okay. There is a restuarant that serves buffet breakfast, al a cart lunches and dinner. You can also book rooms for functions. I enjoyed the bar area which is situated above the resturant

Good place to stay but dated. They could definitely do with a revamp. Rooms were comfy and was happy with the beds, so comfy! Restaurant was disappointing. Dinner took way too long as it was quite empty. Next morning breakfast was much the same. Food was cold and croissants didn't taste fresh. As a well known chain i would expect more.
