Beautiful layout in this store, so easy to see everything and find what you are looking for. Staff are extremely helpful. They give you your purchase in really cool reusable bags. Clothing and accessories are high in price, but the high quality of them is reflected in that.

Great stock but staff are unhelpful. Had to bring an item back i'd owned for a month and they were very rude about it.

Excellent customer service! A super friendly employee happily and very patiently brought me a heap of different styles and sizes (their sizing differs from normal NZ sizing) to try on until I found a pair of running tights that is perfect for me. I'll definitely be back!

The new store is gorgeous. They have way more space now and a wide range of stock. Staff are lively too.
