Called and spoke to someone straight away, they were able to come out on the same day. Although they arrived later than expected and I had to follow up with them to see how far away they were. He was friendly. I thought he would have investigated the pest issue for the price charged but just laid a few bait stations and left all in under 5mins. Bit pricey for the service but it appears to have worked.

Professional service by a very knowledgable person and reasonably priced too. Would have rated 5 except that he was later arriving than he had said. Would recommend to others with a residential pest problem.
