Breakfree on Cashel

I stayed this little hotel for 2 nights while visiting Christchurch. It is the smallest room I've ever seen but well equipped. 2.5 star off because it was very nosy with their whatever is centrally managing and I was able to control the temperature and it was hard to turn it off!! therefore I'll never stay here again

Nice modern hotel in the city with pretty good prices. Parking costs extra as there's just a hotel car park there, but there are a few carpark buildings very close by including 24 hour carparks which are very handy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and there's staff available 24 hours a day. The inner urban double room is great to stay in for a single person or a couple who don't plan on hanging out at the hotel too much as part of their trip. These rooms are compact but make good use of space and have everything you need including a full bathroom! The hallway vending machine was handy too!

Stayeson the top floor with a city view. Loved the design in the room, nice and clean and very spacious room! Highly recommend having dinner, great Menu, food came out quickly. Spent the night in the bar and all staff we came across were extremely friendly

Surprisingly good little hotel with 24hr reception. Great if you arriving late or check out super early. Affordable price when you only need to stay a night. The room designed to stay well rested - bed comfortable bedding so crispy, reception open 24 hours. Room is very small but I didnt need a larger room and rahter pay less for a good night sleep which I had with Breakfree on Cashel

Pretty good accommodation, right in the center of Christchurch. The rooms are very small, but they are clean and affordable - much more so that a lot of the other central Christchurch options. Nice bar and communal area downstairs. There's also a hotel car park across the road.
