      I really like Ballantynes for the quality and range of products available. The café is a really great place for coffee and lunch and is nice and spacious with plenty of seating. I love the giftware selections and the perfume range. The customer service from the café staff was excellent. However the staff upstairs I found standoffish so I felt uncomfortable in the women's clothing area. The location of the shop is nice and central and there is some arking in nearby streets.

      i really enjoy shopping here. this is where i go for high end fashion items. i also get alot of gifts here. the staff are always friendly and they gift wrap if needed. their christmas shop is always lovely.
