Ballantynes

Great store,customer service is amazing, went in to buy a gift and there was so much to choose from, layout in store is great, ended up getting a few great bargains,

Such a lovely department store but quite expensive but worth a couple of dollars because all their products were of high quality materials the facilities was all accessible clean and tidy and the highlight was the amazing window display at christmas

I really like Ballantynes for the quality and range of products available. The café is a really great place for coffee and lunch and is nice and spacious with plenty of seating. I love the giftware selections and the perfume range. The customer service from the café staff was excellent. However the staff upstairs I found standoffish so I felt uncomfortable in the women's clothing area. The location of the shop is nice and central and there is some arking in nearby streets.

i really enjoy shopping here. this is where i go for high end fashion items. i also get alot of gifts here. the staff are always friendly and they gift wrap if needed. their christmas shop is always lovely.

I’m personally not a huge fan. I find it hard to shop here as it’s such a big store with so many different brands and sections. Everything is so pricey too! The makeup section is great though and I like the Christmas decorations.
