Ballantynes

Lovely department store. Every Christmas they make it magical with a window display for children, with a big launch party raising money for charity. It's expensive but lovely to go in for something special, they have a great selection. Parking 1hr free in the adjacent parking building on Lichfield St is handy.

This is my favourite department store in Christchurch. Everything is so beautiful and well laid out and the store is huge! We love to pop in for a browse when we're in town and we also get our children's annual Santa photo taken here.

I am loving Ballantynes at the moment, their is so much variety and they are doing some great brands. The Contemporary lounge is fantastic, I;m loving that they do Deadly Ponies in there. It's great that the have Moochi upstairs too and Seed. Lots of my fav brands all under one roof.

Really love this department store. It has a fill range of products from clothing to makeup to hand bags, coffee and chocolates. The Pantry is a great place to find that just a little but different food or wine.

A nice department store to shop but the prices are higher than other stores.
