Great service from the BT Plumbing guys this morning. Fast and friendly service. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for Plumbing maintenance.

Paul, the tech was prompt, friendly and knew just what he was doing. I started off with a so so experience but the speed with which Jade organized for it to be fixed was amazing.

Had them around 3-4 times now for various things, a couple of which have been rather urgent... in those cases their turn-out time was *spectacular*, which is awesome when you're in a bind with plumbing and/or gas issues, rendering the kitchen unusable and/or unsafe. Recommended

They were excellent to deal with over the phone and when Francis arrived he was very good to deal with. Explain everything thing he was going to do and did a excellent job and I look forward to using there service again in the near future.

Great experience and service from Francis! We had two issues - water pressure, and a washing machine that we thought wasn't heating water. Francis fixed the water pressure with ease, and took the time out to explain different options to me, which was really appreciated. In regards to the washing machine, Francis was honest and didn't try to fix something that wasn't broken - instead he explained the setup to me, saving us a lot of time and money! He was very friendly and patient. Definitely recommend!
