Ben said he would be here in 30 min. He was. He was smart and efficient. He diagnosed and solved my problem quickly and thoroughly. He gave me good follow-up advice and provided the necessary paperwork for insurance purposes.

Original time was changed due to a plumber calling in sick, so appointment was not at booked time.
However Ben arrived with an apology about the delay, was friendly, efficient , worked quickly and filled me in on what he was doing. Excellent service.
