Initially Ben came along to inspect the hot water cylinder at my home, as it has a leak. He recommended to replace as the leak was from the cylinder itself and gave me a free quote. He sounded like having a very good knowledge of the product and also very friendly. Dylan was the person who replaced the cylinder. He came on time with a big smile on his face. He is very professional and full of knowledge and very friendly person. Am highly satisfied with the work carried away and will contact BT Plumbing for any future work required at my place.

Very good experience. Very helpful customer service on the 0800 number. Ben and Ezra came when planned and did a great job installing a new gas hot water system and connecting our gas stove. Would definitely use them again.
