Great experience and service from Francis! We had two issues - water pressure, and a washing machine that we thought wasn't heating water. Francis fixed the water pressure with ease, and took the time out to explain different options to me, which was really appreciated. In regards to the washing machine, Francis was honest and didn't try to fix something that wasn't broken - instead he explained the setup to me, saving us a lot of time and money! He was very friendly and patient. Definitely recommend!

Initially Ben came along to inspect the hot water cylinder at my home, as it has a leak. He recommended to replace as the leak was from the cylinder itself and gave me a free quote. He sounded like having a very good knowledge of the product and also very friendly. Dylan was the person who replaced the cylinder. He came on time with a big smile on his face. He is very professional and full of knowledge and very friendly person. Am highly satisfied with the work carried away and will contact BT Plumbing for any future work required at my place.
