No hot water is not a nice thing to wake up to. We called Aotea and they arrived within the hour. Steve was friendly and professional, talking me through what the issue was and how he was fixing it. Also provided some helpful advice about our electricity set up in general. Excellent service!

Fantastic Company! Great Friendly staff, were very quick at responding to my call and coming round to fix our broken heaters. Recommend to all!!!

Great service were able to come round on short notice and fix the issue we were having with our heatpump,did a fab job would definitely use again if I experience anymore issues

Not as responsive as I would've liked. Quotes were slow and work was not scheduled in the end. Can't recommend them based on my experiences.
