Best customer service I've had at any store. I was offered help as soon as I walked in the door, staff interacted with the kids and even helped me take my stuff to the car. So friendly and welcoming. Prices are more expensive than other places but for the service, tidiness of the store and large range I still prefer to shop here. Theres the option of instore layby or else layby.com which is great.

Large well layed out store. Staff are happy to help you find what you need. Layby option available where you can take your stuff and pay it off over 6 weeks which is great. Awesome lego table and train table to keep the kids amused.

Huge store. Parking just out front. Can grab some great bargins during one of their regular sales. Now offer layby which is great. Stores really big and filled with every type of toy you could imagine. Was a bit disappointed when coming in to look at bikes that only a couple were made up but the guy explained alot of people want to buy one already made up and said he would make the bike up I was after that night for me to pop in to view the next day.

Helpful staff, huge range of toys. A bit expensive but when on special it's worth having a look

Excellent service from the entire staff. Super helpful to us collectors. Will try everyrhing to get sets we need. Will always travel to them rather then going somewhere else.
