The Gintrap Cafe & Bar

Great location and great food. We came here for a family meal with my parents, myself and my toddler, and my brother and his family before I headed back to Dunedin the following day. The food was lovely. I had the chicken and spinach spaghetti and it was absolutely amazing! My son LOVED his spaghetti bolognase and banana split. I was very grateful for the cool little activity bag my son got to keep him busy.

Such a good location. Love the option of sitting outside to enjoy your meal in summer. Menu isnt overly large but has all the normal favorites and some singnature dishes. Not to badly priced considering the food quality and beautiful decor and location.

Such a beautiful location with amazing views. The atmosphere was great. We walked in with a group of ten and a toddler and they were so accommodating., the staff were so attentive, the food was delicious. I loved the pizza and the bill wasn’t bad either !

Beautiful place to eat, great to sit outside in summer and enjoy the view and cosy inside by the fire on those cold winter nights. Good food and lovely staff.

Had some amazing Nacho's from here, they were so good. Loved the guacamole. Nice atmosphere. Great all round.
