Very disappointing process - I ordered 4x Bougainvillea Scarlet O'Hara's. They took 15 days to arrive (instead of 5 days stated on their website), when I emailed asking where they were, I was initially told by Daniel the manager they were being posted (which turned out to be untrue). Days later, when they still hadn't shown up, I followed up still wondering, but Daniel simply stopped responding.

6 days later, a day or two before the plants arrived, I received an email from 'Rilla' saying they had 'had to get more in which was the reason for the delay, and they were just being posted now' (despite Daniel saying they had been posted the week prior?). When the plants finally arrived, they were in terrible shape... Their website stated and I'd paid for 4 plants at 50cm-60cm height; these were all below 20cm, a couple of them barely at 10cm and really unhealthy looking, with bird poo over them.

I emailed Rilla (as I figured Daniel had already stopped responding), explaining to her how it was disappointing to wait all that time, only to then receive plants in this condition, and did they realise the discrepancy between what they'd advertised and what they'd actually sent? Surprise surprise.... Rilla never responded again.

I guess next time I will just shop at a local plant barn! Lesson learned. Definitely would never want to waste money or time with these guys again. Be warned!

I ordered 3 shrubs, email with tracking was sent a couple of days later, plants arrived right after that (to Akld), plants exactly what I had ordered, in good condition, well packed.
Very happy with the service.

Ordered plants. Plants was in poor condition and missing 5 most expensive plants. On phone don;t want to solve problems.

The plants were dead no leaves.

Ordered 8 bamboo plants from their website. When they arrived they were smaller than advertised and in extremely poor condition. No responses to my emails. Very disappointed.
