Usually find a good bargain here. Good quality clothes. Pants tend to be a bit on the smaller side though. The sales rack/area at the Napier store is always so hectic and crammed - always have things dropping off the rack and soo crammed hard to put the clothes back on the rack. Staff generally friendly.

Great large store, with affordable fast fashion, reasonable quality. Good woman's clothing in trendy colours and styles. Staff are friendly and always greet you on arrival. Good place to buy affordable merino for the winter.

Love the laybuy option. Makes life easier when it’s hard to get into town. Staff are lovely and great range of clothes

New laybuy option is amazing. Store isnt made to get around easy and those with prams or wheelchairs would struggle. Sales corner is jam packed making it hard to view the clothes easily.

Excellent staff and range of clothing, the store needs a better lay out I feel as though it's too packed and on really busy days it's hard to get around but other then that they can't be faulted.
