Subway Matamata

Received a cookie with a fly baked into it. Took it back and was refunded. Understand these things happen however my 1 star review is due to the owner of the store not even acknowledging me or having the decency to apologise when I was standing right in front of her. All she did was instruct her staff what to do. Terrible service.

Clean and tidy with plenty of seating. The outdoor area is a bit cold until late afternoon. Happy staff that serve quickly.

I am a regular here and have always found Subway Matamata good. Noce clean shop with great food and customer service.

Love going to Subway and getting what you ask for. I thoroughly enjoyed my Turkey and Bacon wrap and my son his foot long teraki chicken. Prefect dinner to take back to our camp with us and know we had a great evening meal. Thanks Subway.
