Hobbiton Movie Set Tours

Took my 17 year old son here for part of his birthday and WOW we both thoroughly loved every single minute of the tour. Heads up to tour guide Heather who shared the knowledge and stories so fabulously and Steve our tour bus guide. This was a magical experience from start to finish. Such a wonderful magical place we came home and watched the movies again! Would go back and highly recommend this to every visitor both nationally and internationally.

Went last year awesome tourist attraction. Staff are awesome and friendly and tell you good facts about the place while guiding you through.

Love this place and not even a Hobbit fan. Just love the way a whole environment has been created so you can immerse yourself in it. Love the guides they always have useful information. The photo opportunities are excellent especially on a sunny day. Love the evening tour too with the chimneys smoking, lanterns on and walkways lit.

Took my family for tour and lunch combo to experience hobbiton movie set. Well organised and operated by friendly people in hobbitton. One of few tour packages in NZ come with Halal dietary requirements. Must do thing in NZ whether you are fan of hobbit and LOR or not. You will become fan of trilogy after tour and followed by movie in home.
