Kia Ora. Always have a friendly face at reception. Doctors chop and change but never had issues with that, don't visit much but always left satisfied and the waiting time for such a demanded service is actually not bad at all. Had one issue with a Doctor that "googled" his diagnoses which was kind of like ARE YOU FOR REAL but apart from that always left with a smile and now and again a laugh.

Called up to inquire about getting a prescription faxed to a pharmacist in my city. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude. I was trying to be polite but she was having none of it

I rang 4 times for my blood test result and no Doctor rang me back to give me the result. It may not important to them but it is important for me as patient. I have concerns about my health and that was why I need a blood test taken. I don't think so this bad service is acceptable.

I like the doctors pricing. Its affordable. However since my doctor has left I find it hard to get an appointment. It usually takes a week. So if the kids are sick we have to go to afterhours in the evening.
