Very good experience overall. They have a good variety of apparel so after trying a few helmets I got my LS2 orange with sun visor and pinlock. Also I was offered to test a couple of bikes to match the helmet but the bikes weren't on my budget. I'm coming back this weekend to look for a jacket.

First and probably last time customer. I've had my daily commuter with them for between 2 and 2 and a half months now for repairs to the carb. Feedback is non existent. Every time a deadline comes and goes I chase them, each time there's more parts or still on the way, come back next week or month. I've never had such bad customer experience as with their workshop. By comparison though the apparel division up stairs is good to deal with.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff members! They didn't pester me every 10 seconds asking if I needed help, but were more than happy to help when I requested! I went in hunting for a top-box for my motorbike but I was unsure what size I required. One of the staff members asked me what equipment I intended to store in the box, before proceeding to collect similar equipment from around the store, and then help me to see what size box I required.

They are the best. Just bought another helmet from them and I loved their customer service. Keep it up lads. Will see you again soon for some more shopping.

They are best. I got what I was looking for. They are nice bunch of people to deal with. Looking forward to visit again.
