Good location for smaller size purchases - handy in Queensgate shopping centre, If I wanted to buy a large item i would go to a store with better vehicle access near store.

This is a nice big Warehouse with plenty of stock. Good location, on the inside of the mall. Staff very friendly. Always seem to have what I am looking for.

I always get a bargain and spend too much. They always sort out faulty products without a question. You lost half a point because often there isn't enough checkout staff and one time I had to wait 15mins until my click and collect order was sorted out. There is never staff at the service desk.

Well presented store. Organised and easy to navigate. They do their best to keep up with the busy times. Well staffed
, easy to find someone to help. Toy area is organised by brand making it easier to locate the toys im looking for. Great range of items to choose from with a great price range.

It's a pretty nice Warehouse. The ability to have it inside the mall is a nice bonus. It's has your typical warehouse items. I personally believe it has more toys than Petone but for certain items, Petone had more or a wider range
