Have been seeing Johanna Heinau for a few years now and she's super lovely. Always feel like she knows me and cares, and that I'm not being pushed out the door quickly.

We have had to call on the services of the doctors and nurses many times over the last couple of years with our young children. There is the usual waiting time (all medical centres have) but the doctors, nurses and admin staff have always been really helpful.

Awful medical centre. The staff are very rude. Been at patient at the clinic for 4 years & it’s the worst medical practice I have ever been to. I have a chronic medical problem & the just don’t care

Found we could never get appointments when we needed and when we did eventually get in they were always runningclose to an hour wait. Not ideal with small children, so we changed clinics.

Waiting room isn't well laid out and the queue obstructs the door at times but staff are friendly and efficient. Dr's we have seen are great with our babies and impressed at system allowing you to access results online. Parking bit of a premium but there is a car park at the side of the building for patients just large demand for it.
