Benedict's Cafe General Store & Post

Excellent cafe with good sized fenced play area for children. Excellent friendly service, fantastic menu options, good coffee and basic general items available for purchase saving the trek down hill to the supermarket. Postal service is mail only not all NZ post services (bills etc) but still extremely handy.

Family friendly at its best - safe fun area for play, great menu and love the quality and value meals provide. Staff attentive and not over the top.

Love love love this place. Decor could use a little spruce up but everything else is fab! food is amazing and great place to bring the kids, they can run around and theres a great big play space for them, Lovely roaring fire in winter and slices to die for. Very resonable priced food and staff are lovely :) Plenty of parking and the best hot choc's.
