Considering the size the size of store it does have a great range of products, staff are helpful.

The staff here are very friendly and always eager to help if you need it. The products are of good value and quality. Love popping in here every time I visit Kerikeri.

I miss the old gang from Mitre10 but fortunately many were brought into the new store here. As far as I can tell they are all hard work, knowledgeable, and helpfull. On rare occasions, there will be too many customers and I've had to leave without getting what I came for but with the economy being what it is I suppose it would be unfair to expect a for-profit operation to employ enough staff for full coverage during peak periods.
Economic pressures are also probably to blame for the concentration on standard items to the exclusion of the occasional 'speciality' item I've been after - the cylindrical rasp was one item I had to buy on the internet and pay the extra shipping costs.
Apart from those few complaints I'm very happy they are here and I probably get something from twice a month.
