Very good supermarket, Staff are helpful and friendly. A great range of products and parking is very good.

Most staff are happy to be there but some staff are grumpy and couldn’t care less about breaking your eggs etc. very annoying that staff take priority when doing the online shops and don’t take notice of customers.

i love the service the men and women give me at countdown but since the online oreders started it seems they are very stressed and run off their feet.

Southern most Countdown store in NZ. This is well stocked and reasonably priced supermart. There is a bargain for everyone. I visited Invercargill in 2010 and bought a whole load of food from them. Now I am in Upper Hutt, but I still have god memories of the store.

Great supply of food and products. Even some things that new world dont have. Will be shopping here more in the future.
