The serviceman was was friendly and professional. My experience was actually pretty good. I bought a washer-dryer combo from Harvey Norman which stopped drying. I phoned the Electrolux warranty phone number which redirected me to Saxon Appliances. They promptly organised someone to come out to look at it. They had to pick up and drop off the washing machine and phoned ahead 15-30 minutes each time to let me know they were coming. Fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything.

Needed a part for a Simpson dryer. Found service very friendly and helpful. Great price for the part too. Recommended
