The team at Saxon responded very promptly to my request for service ('phone in the morning and arrival in the afternoon of the same day).
My wife was unaware that I contacted Saxon and when the technician arrived at the house he found that my wife had enrolled the help of a neighbour to look at the problem, which turned out to be the house electrics and not the appliance.
Rather than ask for the call out fee (which he had every right to do) the technician said that he would leave the neighbour to it and if the problem was not fixed by the neighbour he would return the next day.
This is great customer service and Saxon should be very proud of their employees who deal so fairly with the public.

Saxony Appliances are great shop for small appliances and repairs. One of the few places left that will do those repairs. In a throwaway society I think repairing is a good thing. Recommended
