Customer care has gone downhill recently, and we are getting power outages every week

Highly recommend power company if i could return to use i would all staff members have great communication i find that genesis energy is the cheapest power around that i know of so far

I have been with Genesis Energy for over twenty years, but it is only now that they are becoming a more customer orientated company. They now reward customers with Fly Buys, when making payments and also offer Free-Power Days, from time to time. It is amazing how much I get washed and dried on those days. Other companies offer rewards for changing to them, but in all the years I've been with Genesis I have never had a problem with supply or their account. Recommended.

Been with Genesis for power and gas for a number of years. Likecollecting flybuys on my electricity payments. Recently I've received 3 power shouts which give me free power for several hours qt a date and time of my choosing. Also like the prompt payment discount. This and the fact I haven't had any issues are what have made me stay all this time.
