Genesis is realising that if you keep customers happy they will stay customers. I have recently been receiving free power days from them. I can do all my washing and drying for the designated time and any usage is refunded to me. They reward you with Fly Buys too, when you pay your account.

Great for Flybuys but expensive in winter!

We had Genesis in our property but switched as they would not match on price. We found our bills in a 2 bedroom house hitting $450 in winter which was too much for us and have saved since switching.

They offer Flybuys which is great and the customer service phone line is good and their app for power is helpful

We liked the company and Flybuys but the price is just a little too high

Have recently switched to Genesis as we now have gas/electricity and they came out the cheapest. Have had great service, hopefully the prices will stay reasonable too.

Mediocre service. Gas is particularly slow. Customer service is average. Won't have continued with them had it not been for loyalty programme!

i use genesis energy for my gas and they are quite economical with flybuy points as well. They are billed monthly and get a discount if i pay on time. Highly recommended
