I find Genesis very helpful when it comes to payment options and extensions when needed. You can apply for an extension through the app, so no need to have to ring up. The power shouts are great too.

Always had great experiences with Genesis, plus they give FlyBuys which is great. Customer service teams are among the most helpful I've dealt with, and the info (billing) they send is really clear. Good app, good website, really good overall

Their customer services been great and also Their power rates are reasonable. I also like the app which shows your hourly power usage. Highly recommended

We've been having our power with Genesis for around 9 months so far, and it was the best power company we've ever had our whole entire life, having two Power Shouts for two Saturdays shortly after lockdown - loved them both!
Their Energy IQ App is so easy to use, and we always get to earn Flybuys on our electricity use too.
