Very relaxing. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Onsite cafes have some good platters options. Great family friendly venue.

Great place for all ages, make a day out of it. Either relax in the hot pools or go wild on the hydros it's all nice. Prices are fair too, aces

my most fav plae i the world warm pools peaceful the kids love the waterslide and the bowl water slide the food is amazing u will never want to go home

I came here to spend the weekend with my friends. We simply loved the thermal and cold pools. There were lots of visitors during our visit so the wait time for the slide was long. We had great fun catching up while we soaked in the pools! Nice environment with ample space for everyone. Toilet and shower were clean. We drove around for some time before we found car parking as most car parks were full.

One of our favourite holiday destinations. So fun for all ages and we always have such a great time as a family or couple. Gorgeous setting and great little cafe and icecream stores. Not quite 5 stars as find it quite expensive (as Christchurch "locals"). Highly reccomend
