Awesome experience! Their hydro slides are a must try! Adults and kids will surely have fun! The pool area are good size. They have indoor and outdoor pools. They have activities similar to obstacle course for older kids in one of the pools. They also have toddler's area outside for splish and splash. They have cafe and serve hot food. A must visit in Hamilton!

I went to Water World with my children. It was so good for children to play because there were not many people on weekdays. And if you pay 1 adult and 1 child is free until July.

I have been coming here, on and off, for over a decade and have always enjoyed the pools and facilities. For most of the year, large sections of the facility have been closed undergoing renovation but they are due to re-open soon and you can bet I will be bringing my family here to try out the new facilities.
The staff are amazingly friendly, even in the face of irate idiots who just will not accept that the pool closures are not personal insults aimed at them. This shows an amazingly high level of professionalism and tolerance.
The food and drinks available aren't too badly priced - sure, they are a little more than you would pay at the supermarket, but nothing like as bad as at a cinema, but I would like to see more of the healthy options and less of the chips and fizzy.
Prices for basic entry and the extra facilities (water slides, private pools, spa, sauna etc) are very reasonable, all things considered.
With Summer coming, expect crowded pools and outdoor areas to be busy too.

great swimming classes for babies. Awesome prices and friendly staff. The facilities are quite run down, would be great to see the council invest a bit of money here. Awesome family day out especially in sunny weather.
