      Great service, excellent paradise view. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. Breakfast was good . Hotel staff were nice and polite.

      the three stars wasn't due to poor quality of the motel but for the people sleeping in the doorway of the motel. something needs to be done. great service and room right in the hub of central hamilton. would stay again and longer if you didn't have to jump over the homeless

      We have stayed in their apartments and were a bit disappointed. The room looks tired. The reception is small. The staff is not friendly. We have stayed in Sudima Rotorua before and we really enjoyed it but Sudima Hamilton let us down.
