      Great service, excellent paradise view. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. Breakfast was good . Hotel staff were nice and polite.

      We have stayed in their apartments and were a bit disappointed. The room looks tired. The reception is small. The staff is not friendly. We have stayed in Sudima Rotorua before and we really enjoyed it but Sudima Hamilton let us down.

      Best value in Hamilton CBD. We've arrived very late at night and the reception was great helping us to accommodate. They were also flexible with late check out. Premises are fine, not luxurious though but comfortable enough. We truly enjoyed and consider staying here again.
