Great shopping experience at the Base Noel Leeming. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful when I didn't know what accessories I needed to support my device. What was great teh items were on offer, so a double bonus for me! They had a wide option of digital readers available from the Kindle to the KOBO for me to pick from when looking for an ebook provider. Lovely store to visit.

It took me too long to buy things and wait for the check out. One employee just kept me waiting, doing nothing. Worst customer service.

Nicely laid out store and easy to find what you are looking for. The staff had great knowledge of the laptops and headphones and what was best suited to my needs. They had some great offers in store and the shop is nice and big to move around!

3rd time ive redeemed Flybuys points for items from Noel Leeming that require pick up - only to find the stock has run out and has to be ordered. (Or im sent to the other CBD branch in Hamilton to collect as their records show stock is in at the other store - only to find they are out of stock also!!!!) Suggest ensuring stock levels are maintained to avoid continually disappointing customers.

Good shop for buying laptops, tv, mobile phones etc. Love the fly buys points. Staff sometimes can be rude.
