Great gym and great facilities. I really enjoy their classes and the have classes from early in the morning to late in the evening which is great as you can pop in when you get the time. Staff here are always very friendly and their instructors are great too.

Just joined here - has alot of classes that you can try - great facilities and the sauna is a bonus. The staff are always friendly and the instructors are really good.

I have recently joined Les Mills Hamilton. They have a great deal to join the gym at the moment. Great range of exercise classes which are available early hours of the morning to late evening classes. The facilities are A+ and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Probably the best gym in Hamilton. Love the outdoor area. The gym is always clean, the staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. A little bit more expensive than other gyms but you pay for quality and you get the best of that at Les Mills

Just recently joined at this gym - staff here were great and are always welcoming on arrival. Facilities here are awesome and there is plenty of space to workout. The sauna is a bonus and the best to relax after your workout.
