A great store with a lot of choice from tents to compasses this shop has it all. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We purchased an item and changed our mind and returned it. They gave a voucher valid for couple of months. Validity was expired when I called the customer service team they were so helpful and gave me extension to use my voucher. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not as big as the Katmandu store at the Base Mall but they do stock a decent range of clothing options. The clothing is usually seasonal, so we picked up a good quality kids gloves and a hat. The staff are really nice and helpful and offered to order clothing items if they didn't have the right sizes in store.
