Excellent service from a team of really knowledgeable staff! The store is tidy and presentable and they usually have everything you need. I got a camera here and was really impressed with the price!

Useless, sent appliance back on 23rd Sep. They said not received, despite tracking showing it had and was signed for. This went back and forth for a bit, then oh it's at wrong building. And on and on. Well get in the car and go fetch it then! Eventually they said we'll send another. Still waiting. Courier tracking shows not picked up. For over a week, every day. I have not ahd an apology, I had a "Sorry you feel that way" when I said I would send a local friend to fetch it and no longer want to deal with them. Pathetic. It's now 25th Oct.
