Only reason I am picking this one up and reviewing is based on the fact that they carry most of the major and minor brands, items you can't even see at other retailers in Auckland area like some premium items are sold by them, they do offer good deals every now and then, heard about their customer service being very good and here comes the major part of the review that you get to get the delivery of the product as well. So there is no harm in looking at their website if you live out of Hamilton area and you will be surprised. The Warehouse holds the stock for online ordering. Amazing and I was amazed at some of the products I came across in stock with them as all other big retailers were not stocking them but I guess it's all a matter of demand creating supplies rule.

Cosy family store. Great selection and reasonable prices

Recently purchased a dehumidifier from Heathcotes and was happy about the customer service the guy gave to me as it was my first time purchasing any pricey home product before, he was patient and pricechecked the product which was $300 retail to $189
