Hamilton Zoo

We enjoy visit after visit to this small but well though out and maintained zoo. We have never had any issues parking or finding space at the well priced cafe. There is a great playground as soon as you enter where you can have a picnic or plenty of places around the zoo to stop. The flow of the zoo is good so that you aren't doubling back too much to see anything. L most importantly the animals look well cared for, enclosures look well maintained and often being upgraded. This really is one of Hamilton's little gems.

Was surprised at how nice this zoo was as you don't hear about it much. I did the Lemur encounter with my partner which was awesome! Got heaps of great photos. THe only downside was there seemed to be too many lions in the space they had for the enclosure. Will be back again.

An amazing zoo! I love the rhino and chimp enclosures! Amazing place to take the kids for a birthday and the feeding enclosures are excellent additions!

great and fun place for kids, nice and tidy inside. It will be great if they can get more animals

Great zoo, plenty of walking to tire out the kiddies. The food isnt horribly priced and they do have strollers available for toddlers (so handy when you're travelling without a pram!)
