Really easy to deal with over the phone. They take matters seriously. Any issue i have raised has been sorted in a matter of days.

We have massive parking issues down around the hospital area. The staff at Hamilton City Council are great at sending the parking crew along to move people along. If only they did it weekly.

Customer service standards are very high when phoning in. The lady I talked to was wonderful and polite. She was quick to log a water leak fault which they also follow up with as after-care. It was also fast in dealing with the problem and getting the water leak fixed.

I have only ever had a good experience with the Hamilton City Council. I find them very prompt at answering the calls and super speedy at fixing issues. They were around at our house within 20 minutes when a car was blocking our driveway.

Staff at the council have good customer service, the issues we have had have been dealt with really well and super fast.
