      have moved into new premises however it hasn't made the staff anymore courteous. some serious customer services required along with knowledge of fabrics, threads etc. besides this a good shop for costumes etc. excellent parking out the back

      Store Policy is the normal criteria in New Zealand doors. Ready made Halloween outfits are going to be popular,so if this the case why not buy a wig, some material and make your own?

      I usually love shopping at this place but I bought a costume for Halloween literally walked out the door to realise someone bought the same one, went back in to exchange it and they said no. I understand store policy but surely some consideration could have been given. Not impressed.
