good sized store. Staff are friendly when serving and helpful if approached. Clean and tidy store and not run down in any way. lovely fresh and nicely displayed produce section

The best thing ever happened to me was exploring countdown. It was so difficult to get groceries every time in such a busy routine. Then I found countdown and all my worries had gone far away. I get my weekly grocery just by ordering it on the website. It has the fastest delivery and the best quality at reasonable rates. Definitely ordering again.

A well laid out store. Had some really good sales on my fav cider a couple of says ago which was great. helpful staff. They stocked the brand of coconut water that i couldnt find anywhere. Was so happy. Staff were helpful when I couldnt find plastic wine glasses

Friendly staff and walking distance to town. I'll go back there.

Great range of products but I always find there are never enough check outs open when it's busy. This means a lot of wasted waiting time.
