Never really anything amazing here, but you get the one off special deal that makes it worth it.

They have an enormous choice of dvds and games. Costs are truly useful for recycled merchandise and they all accompany a guarantee which is incredible. Staff are consistently useful. Shop is consistently quite clean and clean. Loads of stopping

shops like this should be shut down. i was in there with the older of my kids. everything is so overpriced, considering they were second hand (some new) they should have been cheaper. i found the staff to be quite arrogant and made you feel like you were going to steal from the place. I was watching people go in for loans and pawning stuff, better off selling it on trade me as the money they got was a complete rip and seemed to be the desperate and needy they were doing it to. wont be going back there again. parking is also hard to get

So many bad experiences in this store, despite a few, very few, good staff. Buy dirt-cheap, sell at premium prices - I seriously wonder how they avoid prosecution.
Tried to tell me a $2,500 18ct gold watch I had just had valued less than 2 days previously wasn't actually real gold... "Best offer, we'll give you maybe $10." (This wasn't a genuine attempt to sell the watch, I was testing a theory.) Old tools that have clearly seen a LOT of wear and tear, selling at near-new prices. $400 TVs selling for $1200+... So far the only reason I have for going in there is that they sell some of the REALLY OLD Playstation and Xbox games that you just can't find anywhere else.
Staff have lied to me time and time again, and are unrepentant even when confronted with proof.
