Waaay over priced. And if you try to sell something there they offer you bugger all. Some staff are rude. I went to sell a phone and they offered me $10

staff are helpful but the pricing can be abit high. still worth a browse if your looking for something in particular.

So many bad experiences in this store, despite a few, very few, good staff. Buy dirt-cheap, sell at premium prices - I seriously wonder how they avoid prosecution.
Tried to tell me a $2,500 18ct gold watch I had just had valued less than 2 days previously wasn't actually real gold... "Best offer, we'll give you maybe $10." (This wasn't a genuine attempt to sell the watch, I was testing a theory.) Old tools that have clearly seen a LOT of wear and tear, selling at near-new prices. $400 TVs selling for $1200+... So far the only reason I have for going in there is that they sell some of the REALLY OLD Playstation and Xbox games that you just can't find anywhere else.
Staff have lied to me time and time again, and are unrepentant even when confronted with proof.

Terrible service. Went to get a phone and the sales girl was not interested at all in the sale and barely answered any of my questions and looked bored.
