      I treated myself to the signature steak. 18 hours of sous vide 500 grams beef on the rib. If you want to treat yourself this is the steak. It is excellent, tender, juicy and a real delight. Quite possibly the best steak you will ever have. Mine was a little over salty but did not bother me. A bit on the expensive side at $56 but thoroughly enjoyable. I had mine with the baked potato and sour cream. Not the best baked potato and needed more sour cream. The best sauce of course is the bernaise. Yum yum.

      Steak was cooked perfectly. Sides were fresh and well presented. Would eat here again for sure.
