Been there for Easter had a great experience on the Swoop and Freefall Extreme. Very experienced staff who exhibited a great sense of humour while providing training.I loved the greeting, counting and good wishes in my native language by the staff at the SWOOP. Have left some rides for the next visit.

The Swoop makes even the Nevis Bungy in Queenstown feel like childsplay.
There's something unique about being cranked away from the ground to give you a true appreciation for exactly how far you're about to fall - and then you have to pull your own rip cord.
Coming within a metre of the ground before the upward swing begins is sure to expend whatever adrenaline reserves you might have had left!!

Went here over the Christmas break... and what an awesome experience! The staff there are fantastic and fun really adding to the experience. Definitely a must do if your in Rotorua!
