      I purchased a new pair of shoes that where to big and i lost the receipt. The staff member was very helpful and still aloud me to change them.

      always having awesome sales or clearances. checkout staff are always friendly and helpful. some management staff don't seem to have the same customer service skills. overall though a lovely place to shop.
